Nowadays, with the increasing demand and use of new technologies, there was an accelerated development of industrial machinery and equipment to offer more resources for the modernization of systems and processes financially viable. It is approached in this paper a graphical package printing machine of an industry which aims at printing this product in large scale (plastic or paper). This paper was conducted with the purpose of providing improvements in the maintenance work in the control unit and measuring viscosity (viscometer), which in turn is a device that measures and controls the optimum viscosity of the flexographic ink. After identifying the problem, some solutions were investigated through the development of procedures for implementing the intervention maintenance control apparatus and viscosity measurement in the area, where there is better use of time. |
