The aim of this work was to present a proposal of industrial lubrication routine organized in a metallurgical company located in Northern Paraná, in the city of Londrina. This was elaborated through studies carried out in the industrial park of this company, where it was noticed the need to structure a routine of an organized and efficient lubrification because the machines were with their moving parts compromised, such as buses, gears and shafts, due to excessive friction generated over time between contact surfaces without ideal lubrication and cleaning. The survey of theoretical framework was related to the phenomena occurring in manufacturing operations such as friction, and elimination or reduction techniques of this (doping) and also organizational techniques that served as basis for the implementation of the work. Techniques and devices have been implanted and some lubrication equipment to perform the trajectory of lubricant from the place of storage until the disposition. In conclusion, some items still could not be deployed because they require financial resources. However, most of the items studied, related to organization, routines, equipment, among others, have had their effective implementation and the benefits brought in the company's day-to-day could be observed. |
