This work aims to build a bench for studies and tests on fluids area, which was necessary for presentation to students of hydraulic mechanisms and also to prove in practice what is learned in the classroom, from the whys that arise. From a metalon structure, bike pumps and piping, we made, in principle, a framework for pressure drop tests on suction and discharge lines, with the structure development of possibility for further testing sets bike pump, automation and supervision . From design to implementation counted with approximately 90% of donations, which departed from various companies who adopted our project as a promising work. Executed project, students of the university is familizarão with plumbing, pumping and electrical systems like industrial, with a difference in learning and practical knowledge when venturing into the labor market. The bench was constructed in the laboratory of fluid mechanics of this Federal University of Tecnology - Paraná - Brazil. |
