The reflection starts from the analysis of the performance of women in academic, professional and personal activities, and their asymmetry when compared to the workload of male academics, considering the perspective of remote dynamics, an emergency solution opted to face sanitary confrontation in the pandemic, and in-person, adhered to in pre- and postpandemic contexts. Therefore, whither, when comparing responsibilities between male and female academics, women have equality? What mechanisms can help support female students in their mental and emotional dimensions within the sphere of their everyday organization? From the theoretical discussion on the subject, interviews and data analysis in the university context and focusing on design courses at the Federal Technological University of Paraná Campus Curitiba, within female graduate students aged between 18 and 24 years old, it is intended propose reflections on more positive experiences in the female academic environment. This project discusses the articulation of theoretical practical knowledge on the subject, from the perspective of physical and mental overload, with the use of design and network communication aimed at articulating a communication in support of women that goes beyond the instrumental purpose of design, besides the graphic proposals. Lastly, the intented support mediation was produced through digital communication, with graphic artifacts, a podcast and a live aimed at undergraduate female students from different areas. Este projeto objetiva analisar e compreender a rotina de mulheres acadêmicas, considerando o caráter normativo de responsabilidades centradas no gênero e os impactos intensificados durante o período de quarentena da Covid-19. A reflexão parte da análise da atuação de mulheres em atividades universitárias, profissionais e pessoais, e a sua assimetria quando comparada às cargas de acadêmicos homens, considerando a perspectiva de dinâmica remota, solução emergencial encontrada para enfrentamento sanitário na pandemia, e a presencial, aderida em contextos pré e pós-pandêmicos. Assim, até onde, no comparativo entre acadêmicos e suas responsabilidades, as mulheres possuem igualdade? Quais mecanismos podem dar suporte às mulheres nas dimensões mentais e emocionais dentro da esfera de organização do cotidiano? A partir da discussão teórica sobre o tema, entrevistas e análise de dados no contexto universitário, em foco nos Cursos de Design da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná Campus Curitiba, em recorte estudantes de graduação com faixa etária entre 18 e 24 anos, pretende-se propor reflexões sobre experiências mais positivas no meio acadêmico feminino. O projeto discorre através da articulação dos conhecimentos teórico práticos sobre o tema, sob a ótica da sobrecarga física e mental, com uso do design e da comunicação em rede orientados à articulação de uma comunicação de apoio às mulheres que extrapola a finalidade instrumental do design além de propostas gráficas.
