With the great technological advance in the most varied industrial fields, civil construction has also taken important steps. Prefabricated reinforced concrete elements are increasingly being used in Brazil and worldwide, due to fast execution, effective quality control and little wastage of materials. In this present work, a survey of quantitative and later budgets was carried out in companies in the Southwest region of Paraná, between two structural projects of the same building, one project in the prefabricated constructive system and the other in the conventional system of molded in-place structures , to compare them with each other. The methodology used to obtain the quotes was market research. Finding the values and comparing them, it was concluded that the prefabricated structures in this building will be 5.79% more economical than the conventional ones. However, not only economic aspects should be taken into account, execution speed, durability of the elements, rationalization of resources, as well as organization and reduction of the construction site are important points. |
