Resumo: Knowing the need to look for constructive alternativas capable of provida user comfort, this study sought to evaluate the termo-acoustic performance of a lnsulated Concreta Forms residence. This research was based on NBR 15.575 {ABNT, 2013), and consists in collecting data in loco of the sound pressure leveis inside and outside the residence using a Emmiting Noise source, and the temperaturas achieved internally and externally to the house. Through the analysis was possible to categorize the performance as superior to soundproofing, and intermediary to thermal insulation of summer days. Posteriorly was made a comparison of the data obtained with previous studys in the sarne methodology using other building systems, like: mansory, light steel trame and wall cast-in-place. lt was also possible to see the need to design houses considering all the parameters that directly influences the termo-acoustic performance, like: the model of windows and doors, existence of gaps, architectural project and the choice of the constructive model.
