This final paper proposes to make a comparison between a budget fulfilled using the tables provided by Sistema Nacional de Pesquisa de Custos e Índices da construção civil (SINAPI) and another budget carried out locally, obtaining the estimated prices directly from material suppliers and service providers in the city of Chapecó – SC. The paper is a commercial room, without internal partitions, which was turned into a language school with internal partitions made of drywall. The paper was written before the completion of this construction, which made it possible to compare the budgets with the real costs. It became feasible to verify the accuracy of both methods, in addition to identifying some problems with each method of budgeting. |
