Resumo: This study presents an analysis of the subsidies for the planning and control of public constructions, in a public building named Creche Bairro Planalto, municipality of Pato Branco, Paraná. The present work, initially, deals with the analysis of the physical-financial schedule of the construction Creche Bairro Planalto. In this schedule, thereis registered how much financial resources were release in each period of thirty days and the final value of the construction work. With these real data used were plotted two S Curves, one for the values released every thirty days and another for the values released accumulated in each period of thirty days. The study of this work is based on bibliographical references that approach the main concepts of construction management and schedule development. Two S Curves based on the theoretical S Curve are assembled to be used as a starting point for the development of a schedule faithfully based on this theory. The duration of each activity was estimated using the SINAPI table, which provided coefficients that were converted into days needed for an employee to complete a certain task. To assist in the development of the schedule, Microsoft Project 2019 software was used which reinforces the importance of technology in the daily routine of a project manager. The software generated several reports that aided in the micro and macro visualization of the schedule, through the Gantt charts, predecessor and successor activities, labor resource histograms, network diagram, and identification of the critical path. After completing this schedule, it was possible to understand the differences in resources made available for each thirty-day interval, and the importance of relying on technical aspects for the release of public financial resources, since a construction does not show linear behavior, it develops at the slow-fast-slow pace. With the schedule developed in this work, this pattern was respected.
