With a sustainable purpose, concern for the environment and well-being, Beauté Cosméticos Naturais enters the national market as a medium-sized company directed to the production and marketing of high quality natural cosmetics, including exfoliating liquid soap, moisturizing cream for skincare, micellar water, floral water, essential oil, and alcohol gel, all with eucalyptus base. The company focuses on democratizing access to quality natural cosmetics, delivering innovative products at fair and affordable prices to everyone. Its headquarters is located in Campo Grande - Mato Grosso do Sul, a decision taken taking into account some factors among them the fact that it is the second largest producer of eucalyptus in the country and is well located logistically, facilitating the flow of products and facilitating research and innovation. The elaboration of this industrial project aims to present a history of the sector, market analysis, product presentation, process description with detailed production steps, material and energy balance of the process, proposal for waste treatment, sizing and financial analysis. The eucalyptus essential oil will be present in all product compositions, with the exception micellar water that doesn't need it and of the alcohol gel, which will be produced from fibrillated eucalyptus nanocellulose to replace.
