Considering that the highest percentages of pathological manifestations are originated from the process stage and execution, these stages become one of the most relevant for the success of the building. Hence, the present study aims to analyze the importance of the caution and audits of reinforced concrete structural project in its development process, to search for solutions still in the design stage, qualifying the project and improving its presentation and effectiveness at the time of execution. This study carries out a case study of a residential/commercial building located in the city of Toledo, Paraná, based on the formulation and application of a checklist to the project discussed and, also, subsequent visits to the construction site identifying faults due to the understanding and verification of application of the project in execution. Through the results obtained, it was noticed that most of the faults are recurrent due to a combination of factors, highlighting the following ones: deficiency in communication between those responsible for the execution and the design engineer, deficiency in project management, lack of training and experience of building executors. |
