This study aimed to address the usability conditions of the access ramps of the municipality of Toledo-PR, in relation to NBR 9050, in order to expand social inclusion through accessibility. Currently, people with disabilities who use public space live with various irregularities, demonstrating that urban accessibility is not fully in accordance with its constructive model. The municipality of Toledo-PR fits in with this question because, there are still differences in the model presented by the Brazilian regulations, therefore, there are places where safety and mobility are not guaranteed. From the diagnosis of the current situation of the access ramps of the municipality of ToledoPR, it was possible to list categories that summarize the proper functioning of the urban instrument, performing a field study that enabled measurements and checks in the Center neighborhood. The results were elaborated graphically, highlighting critical points for the realization of a standard design for sidewalks that have access ramps and a basic budget plan. Thus, there was a need to implement measures to regularize accessibility, through a plan that would involve the executive and legislative powers of the citizens of Toledo-PR. |
