Resumo: This work proposes the integration of flow meters, pressure meters and a recorder in the architecture of a digital distributed control system. In addition to developing usage routines that make the concepts of Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) explicit. To achieve this goal, such meters are installed and integrated for monitoring and controlling a compressed air line in an industrial plant. Communication was done using the 4-20mA HART communication protocol. After system integration, tests and routines were developed to validate the architecture's operation. The first test was physical, showing the values measured in the process directly through the recorder. The second test was digital, where the values were accessed remotely and finally, an email alert routine was developed at a critical point in the process, thus demonstrating the concepts of Industry 4.0 and IloT.
