Using the oretical bases and social studies, we seek to convey how play fulness is important in the educational and social formation of children and adolescents in the school environment. Concepts of socialization and the issues arising from the failure of the process of the individual's for mation are addressed. The use of sociology to identify the process of intimidation resulted from aggressions in schools is portrayed as a solution to combat bullying and its possible extinction. The role of the school is fundamental as the main agent in the observation, intervention and solution in the practice of bullying in the educational setting. The use of teams of professionals such as psychologists, pedagogues and psychopedagogues is mentioned as important for the formation of support groups for students and offenders, aiming an improvement in the quality of teaching and school coexistence. In this way, it is analyzed how the play fulness can interfere in the formation of the student as an citizen, in order to facilitate education in the school environment, promoting the participation of all those involved in the process of education. O presente trabalho retrata de que maneira o lúdico e atividades que apresentam essa temática, podem influenciar positivamente no combate ao bullying e minimizar seus efeitos. Utilizando-se de embasamentos teóricos, busca-se exemplificar como a ludicidade é importante na formação educacional e social de crianças e adolescentes no meio escolar. Conceitos de socialização e as consequências advindas da falha no processo de formação de cidadão são abordados. O uso da sociologia para identificar o processo de intimidação provenientes de agressões nas escolas é retratado como forma de solução ao combate do bullying e sua possível extinção. É fundamentado o papel da escola como principal agente atuante na observação, intervenção e solução do bullying no ambiente educacional. O uso de equipes com profissionais como psicólogos, pedagogos e psicopedagogos é mencionado para que se forme grupos de apoio aos alunos vítimas e agressores, visando uma melhora na qualidade de ensino e convivência escolar. De acordo com os fundamentos que se expõe verificar-se-á que o lúdico pode interferir na formação do aluno como cidadão e proporcionar inclusão no ambiente escolar, promovendo assim, a participação de todos os envolvidos a educar.
