The cultivation of common bean of the special type can be an alternative to diversify and add economic gains in a crop of small, medium and large producers. Internationally, there is great demand for this type of bean, thus, export is an interesting way to obtain greater profitability with the crop. There are few research works with special common bean, so the aim of this work is to obtain data and information about the behavior of different cultivars of this type of grain in the southwest region of Paraná, evaluating information on productivity components and cooking time. The experiment was implemented at UTFPR, Dois Vizinhos campus, located at coordinates 25º41'S, 53º05'W, at 526 m above sea level) in the 2019/2020 second season. The experimental design was randomized blocks with three replications, with individual plants from each block was evaluated. Data were found through analysis of variance, using the F test at 5% probability of error. The means were compared to each other by the Scott-Knott test at 5% significance. components were selected accordingly. Morphological, phenological, technological characters and yield components were evaluated for the eight tested varieties (BRS Ártico, BRS Embaixador, BRS Executivo, BRSFS 305, BRS FS 308, BRS Realce, Bolívia 3, Boliviano). The highest productivity of BRS FS 305, with 910 kg.ha-1. A BRS FS 308 cultivar obtained positive difference statistics for all characters found. The water deficit was the main limiting factor for yields. There was a significant difference in all variables analyzed. The Bolivian cultivars showed low adaptability to the region of Dois Vizinhos-PR. The cooking time of all cultivars is adjusted according to market demand. It is necessary to implement new experiments to better interpret the results in different environments. |
