Production planning and control proves to be an important tool for optimizing meeting deadlines and delivering quality products or services, maximizing the efficiency and productivity of organizations. By optimizing sequencing methods, it is possible to improve worker time and thus decrease idle time or even move time. As demonstrated by several authors, the service sector is also seen as an area of necessary attention in production planning and control. Therefore, in this work, the objective is to create a sequencing method for a service company in the interior of São Paulo, using real problems to get service data and then create a sequencing method seeking to prioritize service in services of greater importance. As a result, comparing with methods already known in the academic area, an improvement in travel time to reach customers was observed, which in addition to reducing travel time, reduces consumption and maintenance of the company's vehicle. |
