Due to the rising competitiveness and the need of the industries to be increasingly efficient at the production process and seeking continuous improvement, it is necessary the utilization of advanced techniques of Efficiency Indicators analysis. Towards this, it’s demonstrated the utilization of the Cost Deployment pillar as an important tool for the improvement, losses impact analysis in each factory, directioning investments and improvement projects prioritization. The methodology used is action-research applied in an agro chemical company in Londrina. Data were stratified and analyzed step-by-step, demonstrating the importance of this technique to control and monitor the losses impact to prioritize improvement activities. |
