Precast reinforced concrete structures have several advantages such as sustainability, cleanliness at the building site, agility in construction, greater quality control and among others. However, as much as this type of industry allows for high quality control, it is still common to see precast constructions with low quality parts. Therefore, the objective of this job is to identify the improvements that can be implemented in the production process of a prefabricated industry, in the city of Toledo/PR. For this, the case study was used as a delineation and field research as a methodology for data collection, which was done using checklists. Analyzing the results, it was possible to verify that after the implementation of the quality inspection, the flaws and rework in the parts decreased every month. Furthermore, the analysis of the production stages allowed the identification of failures during some processes that were reflected in the last stage with unnecessary rework, which reduces the company's profitability. |
