Resumo: Grape is a fruit much appreciated by Brazilians, consumed fresh or processed in juices and wines. The largest producing state is Rio Grande do Sul, and can be found in southwestern Paraná, in a small-scale production, on small farms. To help the producer to manage the vines related to the low amount of cold that can occur in this region are used chemicals to induce sprouting, thus seeking to increase production. For this purpose, an experiment was carried out by UTFPR - Campus Dois Vizinhos, in 2019, which will test the association of sulfuric lime (5%) with mineral oil (2%) and hydrogenated cyanamide (Dormex) (5%) with mineral oil with (2%) in three vine cultivars, namely BRS Carmem, Isabel Precoce and BRS Violeta. After statistical analysis, it was noted that for most of the variables analyzed did not present any interaction between cultivars and sprout inducers and those that did, did not diverge statistically according to the Tukey test. Except for the analysis of lengths on sticks where the sulfuric lime + mineral oil was superior to Dormex and both were superior to the control for the cultivar Isabel Precoce. The budding inducers were not efficient in breaking bud dormancy and increasing the budding rate of the cultivars analyzed in Dois Vizinhos - PR.
