The physical properties of the soil are as indicators of soil quality, influencing the development of crops. There are many losses of soil due to water erosion due to inadequate management and soil conservation. Many areas are found in no-tillage systems with soils without structure, due to the lack of adoption of more conservationist practices. Serving as a basis for the realization of a productive system, the soil is a limiting factor for the development of a productive system of grains. Thus, the study aims to evaluate the variability of physical analyzes resistance to penetration and soil density in big experimental plots with terrace and without terrace, to verify the impact of the removal ofterraces in the no-tillage system in areas with slope, related to the levels of compaction system, and obtain soybean productivity results (Glycine max(L) meer). The study area is owned by the Federal Technological University of Paraná, Dois Vizinhos campus, with predominant nitosol. The physical properties evaluated: resistance to penetration, up to 0.6 m with repetitions per point; soilmoisture between 0.0 to 0.5 m; soildensity at depths of 0.0-0.10; 0.10-0.20; 0.20-0.30; 0.30-0.40m, without repetitions per point. Assessments of soybean productivity were determined by collecting 3 planting lines 4 meters long, referring to each sampling point, which total 32 points in each plot. The data were subjected to descriptive and geostatistical statistical analysis. Thus, significant differences were found in productivity, where the megaparcella with terrace obtained better production results. In the physical analyzes there was no significant difference, but it presented high values of Rp and Ds, analyzing by lines in the sample grid, mainly in the 0.20m layer. |
