Among the pollinating insects, bees are noteworthy, as they are the largest group of pollinators and comprise about 48% of the total species identified as floral visitors to crops linked to food production. Given the need to disseminate this information and contribute to the preservation of pollinators, this work was developed with the aim of developing a didactic sequence as a proposal to work with elementary school students, final years, on the ecological, economic and social value of pollination and pollinating agents. To achieve the proposed objective, it is suggested that the teacher use five classes to develop the didactic sequence, which includes four steps. For the first stage, a sequence of questions was elaborated to expose the subject; in the second stage, the lecture through slides; the third stage was a suggestion of questions for the performance of the Pass or Repass game; on the fourth, the construction of the didactic garden in order to put into practice the learning in the classroom, which can be used for other subjects. Thus, this study sought, through a didactic sequence, to demonstrate the ecological, economic and social importance of the process of pollination and pollinating agents, targeting students in elementary school II, final years. Thus, it is expected that those involved understand the value of pollination and its agents, as well as being able to disseminate the knowledge acquired during the stages, whether in the community or family environment. O processo de polinização é a transferência de pólen entre duas plantas, o qual irá resultar na formação de flores, frutos e sementes, garantido o afastamento das espécies. Dentre os insetos polinizadores, as abelhas merecem destaque, pois são o maior grupo de polinizadores e contemplam cerca de 48% do total de espécies identificadas como visitantes florais de cultivos vinculados à produção de alimentos. Diante da necessidade de disseminar essas informações e contribuir com a preservação dos polinizadores desenvolveu-se o presente trabalho com o objetivo de desenvolver uma sequência didática como proposta para trabalhar com alunos do Ensino Fundamental, anos finais, sobre o valor ecológico, econômico e social da polinização e dos agentes polinizadores. Para atingir o objetivo proposto, sugere-se que o professor utilize de cinco aulas para desenvolver a sequência didática, a qual contempla quatro etapas. Para a primeira etapa foi elaborada uma sequência de perguntas para a exposição do assunto; na segunda etapa a aula expositiva através de slides; a terceira fase foi elaborado sugestão de questões para a realização do jogo Passa ou Repassa; na quarta a construção do jardim didático a fim de colocar em prática o aprendizado em sala de aula, o qual poderá ser utilizado para outras disciplinas. Com isso, este estudo buscou através de uma sequência didática demonstrar a importância ecológica, econômica e social do processo de polinização e agentes polinizadores tendo como público alvo, os alunos do Ensino Fundamental II, anos finais.
