Problems in agricultural machinery, at crucial stages from planting to harvest, lead to delays and losses in agricultural production. This is directly related to the scheduled failure to carry out preventive maintenance. In this way, it is of utmost importance that the preventive measures present in the factory manuals are carried out, preventing the machinery from failing, keeping them in good condition and thus extending its useful life. Although maintenance is already present in the factory manuals, knowing the technical specifications of each machine and remembering to carry out preventive maintenance becomes a difficult task, for example, in a single property it is possible to have numerous tractors of different brands and specifications , each with different technologies and its own maintenance schedule, requiring strict control of those responsible. In view of the problem encountered, this work aims to implement a system capable of instructing the farmer on preventive maintenance of harvesters and agricultural tractors, alerting and instructing on maintenance and maintaining a history of each machinery, thus helping the user to get control of your agricultural fleet. |
