Resumo: The proposal to make a collection of prints inspired by the Ukrainian festivity Ivana Kupala was motivated by the interest of the target audience: young women, who have contact with Ukrainian culture, interested in consuming products that communicate aspects of this culture. The prints were developed from illustrations, defined according to a bibliographic research on the Ivana Kupala festivity as well as from a survey with the target audience. Research related to surface design and textile design was also used, as well as research on design methodology.
