Suffering discrimination and family expulsion is a reality of many Brazilian LGBTQIA+ people, where in many cases do not have any responsible body or enough information to receive the necessary help. How can Design help disseminate this information and minimize this problem? The problem that started the creation of this project is that there is no disclosure of this information to those who need it, and there is no disclosure of who performs these works. Therefore, we had two target audiences: organizations and welcome people. To carry out the theoretical survey, a survey was carried out on writers and historical articles on the subject, where we could understand a little the reason for the cause of this discrimination. This prejudice that currently happens in our society already exists historically? As much as the history of shelters. After the research, it was possible to understand the reality of these people, which was fundamental to see closely what these people go through. For this, we contact the organizations that carry out hosting projects to understand their reality. It was also carried out research of works or projects related to the theme, to verify if there is already any alternative currently that performs this aid to people who are in a vulnerable situation. The idea was that the platform would gather information that is currently dispersed on the internet and people who are in vulnerability need an urgent return, and a page unifying this process could help the public-target, who needs this information as soon as possible. The project aimed to develop the graphic identity of a web platform, which centralized data from a survey of places and social networks, which are articulated as shelters. In the end, it was reflected on the role of design as articulator of communication tools as the proposal. Este trabalho teve como motivação ajudar pessoas LGBTQIA+ a encontrarem um abrigo ou lar temporário, quando estiverem precisando de ajuda. Sofrer discriminação e expulsão familiar é uma realidade de muitas pessoas LGBTQIA+ brasileiras, onde em muitos casos não possuem algum órgão responsável ou informação suficiente para receber a ajuda necessária. Como o Design pode auxiliar a realizar a divulgação destas informações e a minimização deste problema? O problema que partiu a criação deste projeto é que não há a divulgação desta informação para quem precisa, e não há a divulgação de quem realiza estes trabalhos. Sendo assim tivemos dois públicos-alvo: as organizações e as pessoas acolhidas. Para realizar o levantamento teórico, foi realizada uma pesquisa sobre escritores e artigos históricos sobre o tema, onde conseguimos compreender um pouco o motivo da causa desta discriminação. Esse preconceito que acontece atualmente em nossa sociedade já existe historicamente? Tanto quanto a história das casas de acolhimento. Após a pesquisa, conseguiu-se entender a realidade destas pessoas, que foi fundamental para enxergar de perto o que estas pessoas passam. Para isto, foi contatada as organizações que realizam projetos de acolhimento para o fim de entender a sua realidade. Foi realizado também, uma pesquisa de trabalhos ou projetos relacionados ao tema, para verificar se já existe alguma alternativa atualmente que realiza este auxilio as pessoas que estão em situação vulnerável. A ideia foi de que a plataforma realizasse a junção de informações que atualmente estão dispersas na internet e pessoas que estão em vulnerabilidade precisam de um retorno urgente, e uma página unificando este processo poderia auxiliar o público-alvo, que precisa desta informação o mais rápido possível. O projeto realizado teve como objetivo o desenvolvimento da identidade gráfica de uma plataforma web, que centralizou dados de uma pesquisa sobre locais e nas redes sociais, que se articulam como casas de acolhimento.
