Aiming to carry out a circular water management plan, reduce the disposal of this resource and make the manufacturing process of Veneza Cosméticos products more sustainable, this work proposes the implementation of a recycling system for the water used as a heat exchange fluid in the reactors of the industry. Therefore, initially, experimental data were collected to determine the ideal water flow for the project, considering the temperatures that should be used at the inlet and outlet of the reactors. After analyzing these data, it was verified the need to implement water storage tanks, as well as the installation of a pipe and a pumping system that are capable of transporting water from the reactors to the tanks. For the storage of water, it is inferred that it is possible to use two cisterns already existing in the industry that, together, have a capacity of 2000 L. be attached to the cisterns. The piping to be installed must be stainless steel, 1 cm in diameter, connected to accessories that allow the control of the water flow and to a centrifugal pump of 115.53 W of power. The economic viability of the proposal was proven through a cost analysis, estimating the investment of each of the items that would be necessary to implement the recycling system. The financial return of the proposal is possible after about 358 productions, which would occur in approximately 9 months. It can be concluded that, with the implementation of the project, it will be possible to reduce the disposal of drinking water and would result in savings for the company, making the manufacturing process of Veneza Cosméticos products more sustainable. |
