The objective of the research is to optimize the painting process in an electrostatic cabinet, by designing a cyclone that meets the need for the environmental paint painting process and that can associate financial gains with environmental gains, since the objective is to minimize losses in powder during the painting process, as well as generating the least amount of waste possible. The granulometric study was carried out and the data fit by the data and RRB, and non-linear G analysis and later the design of the cyclone models. For an economic feasibility analysis, the survey of the demand of six powder paint cores used by the kilogram of paint sector and the amount paid for raw material was experimented, as well as the average product lost during the process was quantified. Among the models, the general Swiff, having closest to the market available in the for purchase = 7.2 is the projected cyclone of 99.9%. The set of available information and data provided by the theoretical company WEG, manufacturer of the painting, object of study, designed for the conception of the powder objective to optimize the painting process to the process as the main objective of this work, to achieve the proposed objective to optimize the process of painting as an inherent objective of this work. |
