Thus, the sectors belonging to this industry are characterized by a high waste generation and have a low rate of material reuse and inadequate discard. Therefore, the objective of this work is to propose a maturity model of Circular Economy practices for the fashion industry. From an exploratory review, about Circular Economy and its characterization in the fashion sector, identification of opportunities and barriers and the definition of maturity models, this research consists in the elaboration of an instrument, where it is possible to answer two questionnaires and from the obtained answers, calculations are made. Based on the results presented from the mathematical operations, it becomes possible for the company to identify and/or evaluate its maturity level as far as Circular Economy related practices are concerned. For the developed maturity model to have its validation, a simulation was carried out, considering some specific criteria for the choice of the respondent. In this way, the results obtained were evaluated and analyzed from graphs in a radar model, ensuring greater reliability and veracity to the instrument. The present work will also allow new guidelines for possible future work, aiming at the development and/or improvement of corporate social and environmental responsibility of companies. A indústria da moda é caracterizada por gerar uma grande quantidade de resíduos, causando impactos ambientais negativos e altamente nocivos ao meio ambiente e à sociedade. Sendo assim, os setores pertencentes a essa indústria são caracterizados por uma alta geração de resíduos e apresentam um baixo índice de reutilização e/ou reaproveitamento do material e um descarte inadequado. Portanto, o objetivo deste trabalho é propor um modelo de maturidade em práticas de Economia Circular para o setor da moda. A partir de uma revisão exploratória, sobre Economia Circular e sua caracterização no setor da moda, identificação de oportunidades e barreiras e da definição de modelos de maturidade, esta pesquisa consiste na elaboração de um instrumento, onde é possível que se responda a dois questionários e a partir das respostas obtidas são efetuados cálculos. Com base nos resultados apresentados a partir das operações matemáticas, torna-se possível que a empresa identifique e/ou avalie seu nível de maturidade no que diz respeito às práticas relacionadas a Economia Circular. Para que o modelo de maturidade desenvolvido tenha sua validação, foi realizada uma simulação, considerando alguns critérios específicos para a escolha do respondente. Deste modo, os resultados obtidos foram avaliados e analisados a partir de gráficos em modelo de radar, garantindo maior confiabilidade e veracidade ao instrumento.
