This work presents a feasibility test of the application of the LoRa network as a way of transmitting data obtained through field sensors applied in precision agriculture in Brazil, presenting a bibliographic review on the evolution of agriculture in Brazil, on the application of automation, from the use of sensors and actuators, to improve production and planting on agricultural properties and, finally, on the emergence and application of the LoRa network for remote monitoring of soil data. Based on published works and tests in a controlled environment, the use of the LoRa network is proposed as an alternative for the lack of data transmission structure in rural areas. |
