Currently, accessories that bring convenience to vehicle occupants make the product more expensive and have become optional items. Air conditioning is one of the items that has the mentioned configuration, can be activated manually or if the consumer is willing to pay more, the air is automatically activated according to the desired temperature. Aiming to develop a low cost system for the activation of air conditioning, the studies of this work began. The idea was presented to a mechanical workshop, which showed interest in the subject, it was possible to develop a prototype to perform tests on a vehicle using electronic components dedicated to academic research and development. The results obtained with the air conditioning controller were satisfactory, different temperatures could be analyzed, in all the controller had similar behavior, after the instant necessary for the sensor to identify the internal temperature of the vehicle, the relay, responsible for activating the electronic clutch of the air conditioning compressor was activated. |
