Resumo: Prefabricated elements have increasingly stood out in the market due to great advantages, among them their production in an industrial environment. The prestressed hollow core slab, being a widely used element in this context, stands out due to its excellent performance and suitability for current quality requirements. However, there is a lag regarding its study in Brazil, highlighting the importance of the study and production of abacus for prestressed hollow core slabs pre-sizing, evaluating the relationship between the theoretical span and the load capacity. This work seeks to present a script for the production of these abacus with slab heights of 16, 20 and 32 centimeters, starting from a pre-defined prestressing area and exploring the dimensioning in the Limit State of Decompression Service as well as the verifications for the Ultimate Limit State in the Act of Prestressing, Displacements, Bending, Shearing Force, Splitting and Keys. The accepted values result in a graph that shows that greater slab thicknesses support greater spans and also that complete prestressing presents greater resistance to overload, for the same span, than limited prestressing. It is then concluded that the script, focused on exposing the normative criteria, presented a path, starting from the setting of the prestressing area, which may differ if a different parameter is set.
