Civil construction is an economically active sector that is always evolving, with new materials and technics that are developing constantly. All of these options available in the market generate a competitiveness, so there is a need to know and understand better each one of them. At this stage, the budget of the construction is extremely important to understand the costs of each case, making it able to identify the economic option. This thesis has as objective analyze the difference in costs between two structural systems, one in reinforced concrete and the other in prestressed concrete. To do so, two budgets will be made based on SICRO and SINAPI, for the same building, one for each structural system, analyzing the results. With that, will be confirmed that the consumption of materials for the prestressed concrete is higher and the higher cost is for the reinforced concrete. |
