Resumo: The present work deals with the use of two of the main commercial software’s for the design of structures, using them for the design of prestressed flat slabs with non-adherent prestressing with greased ropes, focusing on the analysis of the treatment of displacements in each of them. The software used are: TQS and Eberick. For analysis, a case study was carried out in a 4-story multifamily residential building. The final arrows resulting from the application of prestressing in the processing in each software are enlarged. Run as we run and the performance relationship runs, and performance effectiveness is activated, and run.
