Resumo: With the approval of a UTFPR-CP project with Cerne do Sebrae in 2015, with the creation of innovative educational projects, students of the discipline Software Project Management at PPGI were invited to create board games with the purpose of teaching the content of Software Project Management. The games can be observed during the assembly of some difficulties, such as: making the game attractive, pleasant, identifying elements of the games used, and at the same time how to present educational content to the players. To resolve the difficulties, two questions are asked. What would be the important characteristics for the creation of board games? Do created a project management process possible for a presentation of related software concepts to game management and graduate students? Faced with problems initiated, research in the literature was carried out to identify characteristics of board games. The search result among various characteristics, which were grouped into categories, in a mind map diagram. After the construction of the map, if the need to indicate which projects were used in the creation of games from the experience and in the creation of the elaborate board games, the process was not developed mentally from the works studied, or from the flow process, being developed a chart, which has the steps to follow in creating board games. After the materialization of the mental map and the flowchart that together give rise to the objective Framework of this work, using the creation of games, it was applied to the students of the class of 2021 of the Software Project Management discipline. The results obtained were four new games, complete with rules, mechanics and history. It can be considered that the Framework can assist in the creation of board games.
