Resumo: Polymers have been increasingly highlighted due to their properties, being able to replace 6ifer materials such as the metallic and ceramic ones, with a greater cost benefit and efficiency. ABS (Acrylonitrile, Butadiene and Styrene) is one of the materials most used by industries, mainly automotive, having as one of its main features the resistance to impact and corrosion as well as high rigidity, besides resistance to water, 6iferent and saline solutions. Polycarbonate is a material widely used in the production of technical parts, personal protective equipment and household appliances, whose main characteristics are impact resistance, high temperatures, resistance to 6iferente6ta rays and good machinability. Polypropylene is a material that can be used in several applications, as 6ife are materials that have a low specific weight and high processability, but have low impact resistance. Its main applications are in housewares, packaging and labels. Therefore, the consequences of degradation by natural aging and the behavior of three 6iferente polymers under the same conditions for a short period of time will be compared, in addition to evaluating possible variations in their properties between two cities in the state of Paraná. Laboratories, traction testing equipment and precision scales provided by Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, Campus Ponta Grossa were used. The results obtained allowed us to evaluate that the materials had significant changes over time, the Polypropylene showed a loss of mechanical strength while still on display, as it observed a beginning of warping after thirty-five days. The three materials showed loss of color and more porous surfaces over the days of exposure.
