Resumo: Cancer is one of the biggest causes of death in the modern world. Children are most vulnerable due to their inability to express and report their symptoms. The disease brings with it several obstacles, mainly psychological, that can affect the child's adherence to cancer treatment, which is fundamental for its cure. However, managing this issue can be a challenge for psychologists and psychotherapists. This work aims to investigate computational techniques that enable a system to capture interactions in a serious game in order to generate information, which can be used as a tool for child oncology psychologists and psychotherapists to assist in observation and measurement adherence to treatment. Currently, several serious games have been developed to solve health problems, such as obesity, diabetes, cancer and other diseases. However, there is still no platform added to a serious game that will assist psychology specialists in medical assessments, such as, for example, measuring adherence to treatment and general monitoring of treatment. For this reason, a platform was created based on related works to remedy this lack. In this way, the present work contributes to information technology applied to health through a platform that does not yet exist. Through the evaluation with users, it was observed that: The presented platform can help the observations of psychotherapists and the analysis of adherence to the treatment of the patient. To prove these statements, two interface evaluation protocols were used, the Mobile App Rating Scale used for evaluating mobile applications and the System Usability Scale used for WEB systems. Thus, this project presents a support tool for the therapist; bringing covered data, which support the discovery of hidden behaviors and recurrent behaviors, providing relevant information about the emotional state of the child when adhering to the proposed treatment.
