The present work is a case study in which a comparison is accomplished between the productivity indexes provided by TCPO and SINAPI with the indexes acquired through the monitoring of the construction. The project consists of two single-family buildings, each with 118.30sqm, characterized as medium standard construction and is located in the county of Toledo-PR. The activities analyzed are: infrastructure, superstructure, sealing, painting and roofing. From the comparative, it was noticed divergences in several indexes presented by the theoretical sources, and both present values of durations longer than the real one. The main divergence found was for the covering services and mortar coatings. |
