Resumo: The search for greater productivity or estimating the actual productivity in a certain type of work has several advantages, such as identifying possible failures, improving processes, greater control of the quality of services, among others. The objective of this work was to raise the productivity of labor for some works services considered of high standard. For this, three works were monitored in the city of Toledo, Paraná. Productivity data were compared with those presented in the SINAPI table and TCPO. It was possible to verify that most of the data obtained on site were smaller, that is, the productivity was higher than those presented in the two consulted sources. However, the measurement on site was carried out for the teams involved during the service. At TCPO and SINAPI, productivity is presented for each professional category. On-site measurements showed that on-site productivity is variable, and it is not possible to justify the low performance of employees. That is, on days of lack of employees, rain, rework, among other occurrences found, the worst productivity results were not observed. With this, it appears that the productivity is really variable, and it is not possible to identify an index for each service analyzed, which represents the productivity of the teams, but rather a range of values.
