Resumo: This dissertation aims to investigate how family and community doctors who produce content on Instagram profiles (re)signify their work from their performances in the face-to-face and virtual context of the exercise of their professions. Therefore, the study has as theoretical anchor the field called Psychodynamics of Work, which establishes fertile relationships between subjectivity and work and presents interesting categories of analysis to be observed in the daily lives of the interviewed doctors. This dissertation is characterized especially by the qualitative and field approach. As research subjects, five professionals were selected, who, in addition to working as family and community doctors, have channels in social networks in which they discuss aspects of their profession. Thus, for data collection purposes, interviews were conducted from a semi-structured script, according to themes pertinent to the Psychodynamics of Work. Likewise, analyses were used regarding the contents elaborated and divulged in the respective channels. Then, the data were analyzed through Content Analysis, listing the categories around which it is possible to observe the production of meaning among the professionals, dialoguing with the narratives heard in the interviews. It was sought to triangulate the content obtained in the interviews, the production of content on Instagram of these professionals, in addition to the dialogues with the established theoretical anchorage. The results indicate that autonomy in solving everyday problems in the work environment is a factor that generates pleasure and meaning of work, to the extent that it mobilizes the subject subject subjectively. In the opposite direction, the experiences of lack of autonomy and space for creation are aggravating factors of suffering and potentially sickening.
