In an analysis of the context of the research and of what is presented in the daily life of commerce and industry, agribusiness is a sector in constant evolution on a global level. It is responsible for producing grains, cereals, fruits, among others. The agribusinesses' main objective is to transform the products, from the primary chain, standardizing them and thus adding more value. In an industrial park where there are three distinct industries, a common problem was identified for all three: the variability of the loading time in the dispatch process of the bagged products. This study sought to optimize these processes by reducing the variation of these times. In this context, the DMAIC method was used, together with several quality tools. This work used interviews with employees in the areas most affected by these problems and data from the company's internal system applied to the improvement tools. This improvement was proposed using these data stratified in types of causes that were relevant to the analysis. This way the root causes that should be treated were identified. Finally, an improvement proposal was presented, identifying the reason for the greater variability of this process, which allowed the treatment of the root cause that affected the industry in question, and then it became feasible to remove this cause from within the industry and transfer it to another sector that is prepared for these seasonalities and thus standardizing the loading times of the industry, optimizing the entire production chain. |
