This paper demonstrates the development of a WEB application, which aims to relate safety devices to machines and equipment, in accordance with Regulatory Standard 12. Brazilian legislation states that all machinery and equipment must comply with the regulations of the
standard, however, this adequacy is now entrusted to manufacturers and a large volume of machines and equipment on the market are from foreign manufacturers. Thus, the need to adapt these machines to the Brazilian standard was identified, aiming at the well-being of workers.
The paper was carried out in two stages, first an in-depth study of the Regulatory Standard and the main security devices on the market was started, creating a relational logic based on the standard based on questions. The second stage was the creation of a WEB application that
contains all the relational logic created, the basic principle of operation of the system would be to allow the user to register a machine and the application to return the devices that must be added to this equipment, according to the current regulations. The main result obtained was a
functional system that can be customized according to the users’ needs. |
