With increasing competitiveness in the industrial sector, it is increasingly necessary for companies to make their processes more efficient. It is common during the harvest period of sugarcane mills to detect unscheduled stoppages, waste of lubricants, equipment breakage, increase in energy consumption, and decrease in the use of juice extraction, causing losses for the company. The present work presents a proposal for an automated system for sugarcane mills, treating the leveling of the upper roller as the main tool to achieve better efficiency in the process. With this, an analysis of the implantation of an automatic hydraulic system of a sugarcane mill was presented, comparing the reception results, bearing temperature, displacement of the upper roller, energy consumption and lubricant of the milling process in manual mode , with one in automatic mode. The method presented objective and achieved results, since after realizing the gains received, there was a period of less than a month to recover the investment value, presenting an innovative system, as a solution to the starting problem of this work.
