This work presents a sequence to model and, subsequently, identify discrepancies between projects of the architectural and structural disciplines of a social housing, through BIM and CAD/TQS® technology, with the objective of collaborating in the compatibility of projects and preventing conflicts encountered will be decided during the construction phase. The compatibility of projects is still a little explored activity among the different design disciplines, however, with the use of BIM technology, many adversities found point to possible solutions, which are not completely dependent on human analysis for recognition. The procedure adopted in this research was the elaboration of an architectural and structural project for a building with characteristics of social housing. Using computational tools, the models were tested to detect interference between them. Through the work carried out, the compatibility of projects proved to be necessary for any undertaking, anticipating the possible interference of the various specialties, avoiding errors, rework and waste at the construction site. |
