Resumo: The company's decision making processes have a direct impact on its functioning and on the quality of the processes performed. To aid these decision making, Business Intelligence tools appear as a way of presenting information, in the exact amount, and of easy analysis, so that the identification of points of improvement and decisions taken happen in a more agile and assertive way. Therefore, this work presents the development of a dashboard model with the use of Business Intelligence tools for a consulting management sector of a franchising network, providing financial information carried out by the franchises. For this purpose, it is necessary to understand the functioning of financial management and what is necessary for such analysis, in addition to understanding the existing processes for decision making and how Business Intelligence tools works, plans and executes. This work presents a quantitative-qualitative approach, by relating the user's interpretation with the statistical analyzes for the development of indicators, based on a modeling methodology, presenting the creation of a new work tool with the objective of improving an activity already carried out by the company. In the end, the strengths presented were raised, such as the agility in identifying the problems of each unit, making the analyzes faster and more intuitive, in addition to presenting the general and specific views of the analyzed company, the possible points of improvement of the built model and the impediments to its complete implementation in the company. So that the work was presented as successful and reaching the established objectives.
