The Shell company annually promotes the Shell Eco-marathon Brasil competition in the city of Rio de Janeiro, challenging teams of students from all over the country to design and build prototype vehicles aimed at energy efficiency. The UTFPR - Londrina TubaTurbo team has as one of its objectives your participation in this competition, having to manufacture a prototype that follows all the requirements of the regulation made available by Shell. This work aims to adapt the current fuel supply system of the internal combustion engine belonging to the project, in order to comply with the requirements of the competition regulation, with a focus on replacing the electric fuel pump with a mechanical one, which is powered by the engine only. |
