The civil construction sector has been growing and changing over the years, exposing its workers to occupational risks and diseases wh ich can harm their hea l th . The present work refers to exploratory research, wh ich aims to identify the unhealth y agents present with in civil construction wh ich can resu lt in unhealthy payment to workers. For greater techn ical knowledge, a contextualization on work safety and its connection with civil construction was conducted, and a survey was carried out on the Regu latory Norms that address the subject. 10 processes of unsan itary requests with in the civil construction and their respective reports were analyzed to know wh ich agents present in the Regu latory Norm-15 are most present in the works. The requests were made to the Labor Court of Justice between 2017 and 2022 in the courts of Un ião da Vitória-PR and Guarapuava-PR. Of the cases analyzed, the functions performed by the employees were bricklayers, general assistants and construction workers. It was found after analyzing the data that workers who used Personal Protective Equ ipment (PPE), and had adequate train ing and inspections, had their processes den ied, showing the importance of these factors for the neutralization of agents. The requests that were accepted by the expert were related to chemical agents (cement), and all of them did not exist the correct use of PPE, train ing and supervision of workers. |
