Ribeiro uses literature to write letters to his deceased grandmother and to share personal stories that show the path taken to reach the woman she has become, which includes racial and gender issues that impacted her experience. Because of this and the faith Ribeiro has conquered contemporary Brazilian Afro-Brazilian literature this study aimed to verify how Dororidade is a recurrent feeling in the author's writing. To reach the objective, it was necessary to carry out bibliographical research, with emphasis on the names Eduardo de Assis Duarte (2005, 2010), Conceição Evaristo (1996, 2005, 2007), Maria Nazareth Soares Fonseca (2005), Edmilson de Almeida Pereira (1995), Djamila Ribeiro (2013, 2018, 2021) and Vilma Piedade (2017). Based on the results achieved, it was possible to verify that there is a strong feeling of Dororidade in the author's reports, who at various times brings in her history the strength of her ancestors and (re)affirms her position of struggle for being part of a society patriarchy in which racism and machismo are present on a daily, sharing the same pain as their ancestors and women like her, struggle for an more equal world. Cartas para minha avó (2021) foi escrito pela autora Djamila Ribeiro, feminista, negra, filósofa e escritora brasileira contemporânea. Ribeiro utiliza a literatura para escrever cartas para a sua finada avó, com o intuito de dividir relatos pessoais que mostram o caminho percorrido para chegar até a mulher que ela se tornou, o que inclui questões raciais e de gênero que impactaram a sua vivência. Em vista disso e da relevância que Ribeiro tem conquistado na literatura brasileira afro-brasileira contemporânea, este estudo teve o objetivo de verificar como a Dororidade é um sentimento recorrente na escrita da autora. Para o alcance do objetivo, foi necessário realizar uma pesquisa bibliográfica, com destaque para os nomes Eduardo de Assis Duarte (2005, 2010), Conceição Evaristo (1996, 2005, 2007), Maria Nazareth Soares Fonseca (2005), Edmilson de Almeida Pereira (1995), Djamila Ribeiro (2013, 2018, 2021) e Vilma Piedade (2017). Com base nos resultados atingidos, foi possível constatar que existe um forte sentimento de Dororidade nos relatos da autora, que em diversos momentos traz na sua história a força de suas ancestrais e (re)afirma sua posição de luta, por fazer parte de uma sociedade patriarcal em que o racismo e o machismo se fazem presentes diariamente, compartilhando a mesma dor de suas ancestrais e das mulheres que, como ela, passam lutam por um mundo mais igual. 2023-03-14T11:40:22Z 2023-03-14T11:40:22Z 2022-12-01 bachelorThesis MARIA, Gabriela Giroletti.
