Resumo: Brazil is standing out for the production of high-quality honey and could become one of the largest honey producers in the world. Even so, several factors limit development in the honeyproducing market, such as low access to specialized technology and technical assistance, as well as the difficulty in collecting data for research centers. Thus, the BeeFarm app was developed, which the main purpose is to offer the possibility of ranking queen bees through the statistical correlation of honey production and morphometric characteristics of the animals, in addition to offering the apiary management module. The application also collects, records and manages all the main information for each of the colonies, making it possible to consult it at any time, although this is not its main purpose. To validate the application, the Spearman correlation was tested, a correlation used as a criterion for the selection of bees through ranking. Then, sets of values in R that had positive and negative correlations were simulated, in parallel, these lists were tested in the Beefarm app and in the Jamovi software, usually used to make statistical evaluations. Comparing the results of the correlations performed by the software and the application, it is possible to verify that they are equivalent, validating the functionality of the correlations performed by the application and allowing the simulation of rankings. Thus, the development of the BeeFarm app shows promise in the face of the challenges that small beekeepers face, in addition to enabling a partnership between research centers and beekeepers in an easy way, since recording and removing data from the application can be done in a simple fast and simple way.
