Resumo: Within this case study, a possible improvement is sought in the energy system implemented in a condominium, the focus of this work was on the energy tariff with its weight at peak hours, in this way regional data on solar irradiation were studied and from the study carried out, a photovoltaic solar plant and a battery bank were calculated, alternating the model of this accumulator between the lead acid model and the lithium ion model, in order to find the best model that would meet this system, the calculations were also carried out of financial return if the installation of this bank were to be carried out. With the improvements proposed in this work, the system proved to be more reliable and the hybrid controller proposed in this study, in addition to being able to supply the system at peak hours, also delivers the guarantee of operation in cases of power failure, but an unfavorable result was obtained for implantation of the battery bank as a way to amortize energy consumption at peak hours, with the high cost of these energy accumulators, the system proved to be financially unfeasible.
