This research makes a study in the segment of poultry of posture with the objective to develop automatic interfaces and spreadsheets, to calculate the costs of production and egg yield. For this, the research was carried out in two phases. In the first step, all elements related to egg production and lack of control and financial management in the property. Data were collected through the interview application, technical visits on the property between April and August 2017. The data production costs (electricity, water, wages and insurance) and productivity were collected based on the records of the producer, these records between the months of March 2016 and August 2017. From the analysis of these data, it was possible to begin the second stage of this research, the development of interfaces and spreadsheets, using the Visual Basic language for Excel Application. It was possible to develop the "Login Screen" interfaces, "Zootechnical Coefficients", "Productivity", "Cost of Electric Energy", "Cost of Water", "Salary" and "Production Costs". Also, menus for "Menu", "Zootechnical Coefficients", "Production of eggs "," Monthly Energy Cost "," Monthly Water Cost "," Salary "," Results "and" PE ". The developed program assisted the producer in the management of his property, increasing the ability of the producer to conduct analyzes and conducts the best way possible. The proposed system interfaces and spreadsheets developed is to facilitate the calculation of productivity and production costs, producing value insofar as they provide the coefficients zootechnics, productivity, costs, profitability and investment, since then, identify the problems and make the best decisions to solve them. As future work it is suggested to develop interfaces and spreadsheets the calculations of the zootechnical indexes, which are developed by the interfaces and spreadsheets for the other production costs that were not addressed, in this research work and the creation of a mobile application. |
