The goal of this dissertation was to identify those actions of Knowledge Management under the correlation between 9 Organizational Factors with 7 Dimensions of Knowledge Management that influence the ability to create propitious environments to influent the implementation of Value Innovation. A quantitative approach to the problem was due to the simultaneous application of two survey instruments with assertions closed based on a Likert scale 1-5. The first instrument was translated and adapted to the instrument Value Innovation Potential Assessment Tool (VIPAT), named in the version in Portuguese as FAPIV, the second instrument was adapted and named as a Tool for Assessment of the 7 Dimensions of Knowledge Management and their respective actions of Knowledge Management. The survey was developed by Pearson correlation, using the software Minitab 15, between 7 Dimensions of Knowledge Management and their respective actions of Knowledge Management and 9 Organizational Influential Factors of Innovation Value. The field research where the technical procedure was a study case which was conducted in a small organization (SME), known as Organization Alpha. This organization operates in the segment of production of technical manuals and provides services on-demand printing, manufacturing and commercialization of industrial parts for several types of industries. The population of 31 employees of the three units of the organization Alpha, had a sample of 26 employees (84%), 4 belonging to the high administration management and 22 belonging to the group of rest of employees. The theoretical framework elaborated on the themes of Knowledge Management and Value Innovation. The analysis results found that the Organization Alpha has the potential to innovate in value and has a high level of adoption of actions of Knowledge Management. The results showed that the actions of Knowledge Management exert different influence on high administration management and other employees. As products of this research, they obtained two new instruments with only those actions of knowledge management that influence the ability to create propitious environments to implement Value Innovation, one aimed to high administration management and the other aimed to the rest of collaborators. It is considered that the scientific contribution of this dissertation, refers to the methodology used to find correlations and points of convergence between Knowledge Management and Value Innovation. |
