Organizations are in constant change to make in environments also increasingly dynamic and flexible, this scenario has led to radical changes in the way of managing people. The valuation of intellectual capital in the knowledge era has brought a new way to treat people in the company. The former personnel department gave in to the HR policies and practices specific, and currently is called the strategic management of people. In this context we enter this research with the aim to identify the issues for the retention of talent in the Volvo vehicles in Brazil S / A. The research methodology used in this study is applied in nature and in accordance with its objectives, assumes the profile of quantitative and qualitative research. Already, about issues presented, the study sets itself as the exploration model and the technical procedures characterized as a case study. For data collection instrument used in the research is a questionnaire with semi-open. The multiple choice questions follow the methodology of the Likert scale and open-ended questions are analyzed qualitatively. The research findings pointed to the identification of key aspects, as well as the ranking in order of preference of the management practices of people who are able to retain talent in the company, and the practice of a good working environment was chosen as the first option , 2nd option as wages and working conditions as 3rd choice among seven practices identified as important in the process. |
